Does the battery switch turn off the battery power?
Sorry, but the battery key does not turn off the battery power. The battery key is only used to keep the battery in place on the bike. If you want to turn off the battery power, you can do so with the switch on the display.
Why is my credit card payment not successful?
If you make a credit card payment and the payment fails, it is possible that our system has refused the payment to prevent possible fraud. We recommend that you contact your credit card company or bank in advance to inform them of the purchase and avoid rejection. If the credit card payment was refused, here are 3 solutions: 1. Try another credit/debit card. 2. If you have a PayPal account, try paying with PayPal. 3. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can choose bank transfer on the checkout page.
If something goes wrong with my bike, how can I request warranty assistance?
We believe that communication is the best way to solve problems. If your bike has a malfunction, please contact us promptly. To help you accurately, describe the problem in detail and provide photos and videos of the defective parts, so our technicians can give you the most accurate solution.
Are the shipping costs free?
Yes, we offer free shipping to the EU!
How long does it take to receive my bike?
We will arrange the shipment of your bike within two working days of purchase and expect you to arrive in 5-7 working days.
How long does it take to recharge the battery?
We recommend charging the battery timely when less than 2 charging bars are displayed on the display, so as to protect long-term battery efficiency and health.
How can I clean my bike?
Clean your Lankeleisi bike like a normal bike, but we recommend removing the battery before cleaning. After cleaning, dry it promptly with a dry cloth.
Can you provide certificates?
We can provide CE certificates. Please contact us with the model for which you require a CE certificate, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Do you provide a manual/user guide?
Please contact us with the model name, and we will provide the corresponding manual as soon as possible.
Are there physical service/repair centers?
Currently, we have partnered repair/service centers in Italy and Ireland.
Can original factory parts be purchased?
Original spare parts can be purchased from our official website. If you cannot find the part you need, please contact us.
Can you provide an invoice?
We can provide a Proforma Invoice. Please contact us with the store name where you placed the order and your order number, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Can pre-order products be paid for via PayPal?
Pre-order products support the following payment methods: Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Pay by Card, Bank Deposit.
If you choose bank transfer, we can offer a 10% discount.

How long does shipping take?
