First time I write a review. Just to tell you it’s great bike. Perfect for big guy like me.
So fast . So comfortable. So strong. I have this bike since 10 months. And I love it.
I really recommend and I want say something about the great customer service I ever seen.
Because I received the bike without any problem. But I had a problem with the helmet , gloves and bag. The package was delivered at wrong adress ( 2 times ) and somebody took the package. I sent a email at customer service to explain my problem. And without any negotiations they sent to me a new helmet , gloves and bag for free.
Amazing and great professionalism !
