I bought it for longer trips. I got a bag for it and now we can travel even for 150 km per Day across the amazing regions that we can reach by train nearby Lazio (Italy) and our City Rome. Beautiful country roads like the one in the movie Gladiator when he can see his wife and son in the Campi Elisi. Truly amazing places to discover and enjoy with our X3000 Max

It's a great bike - motors, handling, rear luggage rack, mud guards - all great!
But here are my criticisms:
- the saddle support is way too short. I'm 180 cm tall and had to lengthen the support by 15 cm. Consecutively the handlebar was way too low. I had to increase the height by 7 cm. 10 cm would have been better, but for that the cables are too short.
- my Ortlieb saddlebags fixed on the rear luggage rack are too much forward. My feet kept collding with the bags. I had to extend the rack backwards to avoid this.
- A front luggage rack would be very useful, but you don't have one on offer. So I had to make one myself. But then the front light was too low and I had to fix it in a higher position. That was difficult. You should offer a front rack and adapt the position of the front light accordingly.
- When switching on the light, the display gets dimmed. That's all very well at night. But when I switch on the light at daytime because it's foggy even though bright daylight, the display becomes hardly readable. Besides, if one wants to insure the bike as an S Pedlec at least in Germany the light has to be permanently ON. You should change to default: Light permanently on with display bright and give an option to dim the display.
- The rear view mirrors that you offer as accessories are unsuited for this bike with respect to the fixation on the handlebar. You should offer mirrors to be fixed inside the rod of the handlebar at the side.

after a week and the first few miles, i have to say i didnt expect it to be so big. but... the bike gives a great feeling. on single rear motor, power is not something unexpected. its smooth, and u can go up to 40-43kph gradualy and safely. on the dual motor mode.. its something u have to feel ur self. so far, my rides are extrelmely fun, but it doesnt give u the feeling of fear, the bike, even if its foldable, its very steardy. i weight 120kg, and it caries me everywhere easily. there are no steep hills anymore, everything is flat.
few notes,,
1. if u remove the rear rack, u have to replace the rear fender to as the rear rack keeps half the fender on its place. its a very cheap replacement, easy for everyone.
2. if the roads are bad where u commute, its good to find a suspension seatpost, its the next thing i will do, as i m 40yo, and i seek comfort as much as power.
3. the only con i can find so far is that the screen, as beautifull as it is, doesnt show voltage of the battery and the current wattage. the second one is not important, but i feel that the voltage is the only accurate indication of ur remaining power.

conclusion..

even tho i had some issues at the buying proccess, and some ''misscomunications'.. with the customer support, i would go through that again to buy this bike. it gives u a smile everytime u ride it. its fast when u want it to be so u r not in danger from other cars, which is a real issue here in Athens because of the lack of bikelanes, and smooth when u wanna cruise and chill and enjoy the ride. everyone is looking u when u pass, the bike is big and way more impressive from close. pictures here doesnt gives it justice. the max speed for me, after unlocking it is about 45kph, as i weight a lot. i guess, a ''normal'' weighted person can go a little faster, but for me and my commute, this is more than enouph. and the good thing is than it can go up there realy fast due to the dual motor setup. thats the most important thing.
also, the 45kph, feels safe. the bike ''listen'' ur commands very well at any speed.
i cant comment on the brakes, of course they are better than my old mechanical brakes, but i never had any other hydraulic brakes in the past to compare them. the sure thing is that bike stops efficiently.
so.. so far everything is as expected, or better. i just hope that the longevity of the bike will be up to the task too. and also i hope the customer service to be there if and when i will need it.

This is my second X3000Plus-UP, because the first bike I bought for my wife was so great I wanted one for myself 😂. Simply love this bike.

5 Tage nach Bestellung kam das Bike an. Perfekt verpackt. Vollständig und mit allem benötigten Montagewerkzeug dabei. Toller Service. Das Fahrrad übertrifft alle Erwartungen! Ich bin fast 2m groß und über 100kg schwer, aber das Teil geht im Dual Mode Betrieb locker 45km/h. Bei rein elektrischer Fahrt -kein Treten- reicht der Akku über 50km! Respekt für dieses Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis! Habe mir noch ne gefederte Sattelstütze nachgekauft, damit ich bei meiner Größe besser sitze und eine verstellbare Lenkeraufnahme montiert! Jetzt passt es perfekt!

The only thing i need to say, its the battery life isn't the greatest. 30km with only electric+dualmotor isn't that great for me.
With my old Vakole c020 max i could do 50km.
But nevermind, isn't a big deal, overhaul the bike is GREAT!

Pros
+ Fast. Goes about 43 km/h.
+ Throttle
+ Good looking
+ Very affordable compared to european competitors
+ Soft to drive because of fatbike tyres, front shock and seat.
+ long range

Cons
- No rear light. I had to assemble my own.
- No torque sensor. The bike accelerates either too fast or too slow when pedaling depending on an assistance level. I prefer to drive with throttle as I had planned.

good bike, solid appearance, good equipment, use every day for work, already 150KM, just a little play in the seat post I think because of the automatic lift
